TMZ.Com tells us that lawyers for Britney Spears‘ conservatorship have made their move to keep confidential “critical information” about Britney and her children.

In legal papers obtained by TMZ, attorneys Geraldine Wyle and Jeryll Cohen are worried that personal and medical information will leak out into the media unless it’s put under legal lock and key.

In their argument, the attorneys note that “A Google search for Ms. Spears’ name yields 54,300,000 hits.” And they go on … “Photographs and personal information, particular information of a highly confidential nature (such as personal medical information of Ms. Spears and her children), can potentially reap thousands if not millions of dollars.”

The information is so sensitive the lawyers note on the open market “The possibility of such enormous profits presents a substantial risk that Ms. Spears’ most confidential medical and personal information will be disclosed.”

So the attorneys want the sensitive info about Britney, Sean Preston and Jayden James sealed, and stat.

TMZ.Com tells us that Britney Spears may not be capable of signing record deals and buying homes, but when it comes to a simple shoe purchase, she’s a regular shopping ninja. We’ve learned Britney is using her bodyguard’s credit card to score purchases that don’t fit into her conservatorship budget.

Britney hit up the Steve Madden store in the Valley over the weekend and bought 2 pairs of boots. We’re told Brit paid for the new kicks with a credit card, but the card had the name of one of her bodyguards on it.  The store employees gave Britney a hard time over the card … because she signed her own name on the dotted line. We’re told Britney convinced the clerk the person named on the card is an employee of her company and she was entitled to use it.

Here’s the thing: Under the terms of the conservatorship Britney has a with a limit of $1,500 a week.

According to this website ,Britney Spears will remain under the watchful eye of her father. Brittany has done some really crazy things. Of course this is why the fans and paparazzi loves this girl. The website goes on to say that they do not know how long the conservator ship will remain in place, but they think it could be anywhere from six months to a year.

Brittany dad’s Jamie will still gets $16,000-a-month payment for his duties and Andrew Wallet (the co-conservator) will get $174,569.10 payment for services rendered between July 2009 and November 2009.
